Our 8-Axis 3D CNC Wire Bending Machine adopts eight-axis full-servo linkage system, with independent control for wire feed, bending head rotation, tool positioning, cutting and platform displacement respectively, most servo motors imported for durable stable performance.
Different from conventional 2D bending equipment, It supports 180° rotation of the wire, greatly expanding product design flexibility. The whole processing from raw wire coil feeding to finished cutting is fully automatic, effectively cutting manual cost and improving production efficiency over 25% vs ordinary multi-axis benders.
Applicable wire diameter ranges customized from 2.0mm to 10mm per model, covering iron, stainless, brass and aluminum wire materials.
